How I Partner With Leaders

I work with leaders and leadership teams when clarity, alignment, and follow-through matter more than speed or novelty.


The work is grounded, relational, and disciplined—shaped by context, responsibility, and the people in the room.

Leadership Team Alignment

When leadership teams struggle, it’s rarely due to lack of effort.

More often, it’s because priorities compete, roles blur, or the hardest conversations remain untouched.

Operating Discipline (EOS)

I am a Certified EOS Implementer® and use the Entrepreneurial Operating System as one of the primary frameworks in my work.


EOS provides a clear structure for vision, accountability, and execution.

I apply it thoughtfully—adapting the tools to the organization, not the other way around.


The system creates clarity.

The work gives it traction.

Boards, Founders & Stewardship

I work closely with boards, founders, and senior leaders navigating growth, transition, and long-term responsibility.


This includes:

  • Clarifying roles and partnership between boards and executives
  • Supporting leaders carrying disproportionate responsibility
  • Facilitating conversations where governance, leadership, and mission intersect


This work is patient, relational, and oriented toward stewardship.
